Return & Exchange Policy

General Guidelines

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused
• All tags must be intact
• Packing should be in original condition
• Invoice must be attached

Note:

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange
• Color variation due to lighting or monitor settings is not a valid reason for exchange
• Extra fabric or patches used in shoots are provided only if mentioned in the product description

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

• Size exchange of full-priced items is allowed if stock is available
• Return courier charges are not covered
• Exchange for a different item is allowed (price difference applies)
• Wrong/defective item → free pickup available
• Claims must be made within 14 days
• Replacement may take up to 3 weeks
• No courier reimbursement unless approved
• Follow washing instructions strictly
• Pre-soaking unstitched fabric is advised
• Current exchange rate applies
• Sale price applies if item goes on sale
• Store credit/exchange subject to availability

International Orders

• Return and exchange not offered
• Defective items may be replaced after verification
• Store credit/refund if item unavailable
• Report issues within 14 days
• Current exchange rate applies
• Sale price applies if item goes on sale
• Returns/exchanges may be limited if abuse is detected

Refund

• No refund policy except in special cases
• Processed within ~2 weeks
• May take up to 2 billing cycles depending on bank
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refused parcel → store credit issued
• Partial/full refunds based on order status
• Exchange rate applies

Authenticity

We are not responsible for items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
