1. How can I place an order?

2. How are the orders confirmed?

  • Customer needs to enter the verification code after placing an order to confirm it immediately
3. What if a customer forgets to enter the verification code?

  • Our support team will make three call attempts to confirm the order
4. What do the order statuses mean?

  • Awaiting Confirmation: Order placed but not confirmed; can be cancelled
  • Confirmed: Verified via SMS or call; contact & shipping details confirmed
  • Processing: Payment not received yet for online-paid orders
  • Processing at Warehouse: Order checked for stock; cannot be cancelled
  • Pending Order: Delayed due to stock; process takes 4–5 working days
  • Complete: Order fulfilled and handed to courier; tracking number generated; cannot be cancelled

6. Can I modify the order?

7. Can I exchange an online order at any outlet?

  • Online orders cannot be exchanged at outlets; items must be returned within 7 days for exchange or defect
8. What payment options do I have?

9. Is COD available internationally?

  • COD is only available within Pakistan
10. What is store credit?

  • Store credit is issued if an order is canceled or items are out of stock/defective. It can be redeemed in your next online purchase
11. How do I redeem store credit?

  • Only valid for online purchases

13. Can I open the parcel/order at delivery?

  • Parcels cannot be opened before delivery. For damage/defect, contact support immediately via phone or email
14. Can orders be gift wrapped or come with a shopping bag?
